“My husband and I stayed at this bed-and-breakfast for two nights in late October 2025. There were several really outstanding things about this stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The younger employees spoke very good English and those that didn’t were very kind and patient with us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great - close to Berlin and the S-Bahn (rapid transit into the city), but still out in the country. The food at the restaurant on-site was delicious. We ate there four times over the course of our stay and everything was delicious. (Try the house beer!) Of note: -It was difficult to get ahold of staff after-hours. Our keycard to our room stopped working at one point and we went down to the front desk to ask for help. We had to go to the kitchens and wrangle a (very friendly) member of the wait staff, who could also not find anyone to help us. This was at 8:00 pm. Luckily the waitress was able to find an old skeleton key and she lent it to us for the night. -The well-stocked breakfast buffet is not free. Not a problem, and pretty common in hotels these days, but something to be aware of. -Pay attention to the days you book. We accidentally booked our stay during their annual Oktoberfest celebration, and the entire courtyard was overrun with partiers. The noise continued well into the night. Just something to be aware of, not the fault of the hotel. They host the event on site and it looks like a lot of fun if you’re into that sort of thing. In summary: Regardless of the few minor inconveniences, we would stay here again, and I would recommend this stay to others.”

“Excellent place. Our visit did not make use of the hotel or restaurant , we went for the park land and play areas with young children. Parking in the hof if you are early, biergarten , cafe, oft play area with kiosk, playgrounds, pony trekking, mini quad bike ride”

“It is a charming countryside retreat with vast green areas and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of space to walk, a playground, and a fun carousel for the kids. One of the highlights was the chance for children to ride horses – a unique and joyful experience. The food served in the restaurants is delicious and homemade, creating a warm, homey feel. There are several dining options, and the cleanliness of the facilities, especially the restrooms are really excellent. Schloss Diedersdorf also has a hotel complex, making it perfect for longer visits. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. What makes this place even more special is that it’s an ideal venue for large events – whether it’s a family gathering, a corporate party, a wedding, or a birthday celebration. The spacious grounds and welcoming atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for unforgettable moments. Highly recommended for families, nature lovers, and anyone planning a special occasion!
